信州、八ヶ岳のふもとで植物染めをしている工房です。主に注染(型染めの技法)で手ぬぐいを染めています。
他にも帆布や晒を染めて袋物(トートや財布など)を制作、空間を彩るオブジェ的な作品も作っています。
繊細でうつろいやすい植物染料ですが複雑で美しい自然の色素を生活の中に取り入れてもらえたら嬉しいです。
At the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake in Shinshu, we are a plant dyeing workshop. I mainly dye tenugui using chusen (stencil dyeing technique).
He also creates bags (totes, wallets, etc.) by dyeing canvas and bleached cloth, and also creates objects that decorate the space.
Plant dyes are delicate and easy to change, but I would be happy if you could incorporate complex and beautiful natural pigments into your life.
