Ordering

• Please attach screenshots or links what you would order.
• After we confirm your order, we will send an invoice with a total price including shipping cost.
• We may ask you to pay the order in advance before we pack the items.

Currency

Our prices are indicated in Japanese yen only. Please let us know if you want to know the approximate price in your country currency.

Shipping

We ship overseas via DHL or EMS. We charge price including tax and shipping cost. If you’d like to insure your purchase against damage, please let us know. * Shipping costs are determined by weight of parcels.

If EMS mail is damaged or partly missing during delivery, a maximum of 2 million yen is paid for the actual loss.

If the EMS item is worth more than 200,000 yen, please indicate the premium from the table below that corresponds to the value of your EMS article on the required form. In such cases, an additional fee is required.

NOTICE : Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected on delivery.

Payment

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If you have an existing PayPal account please use the email address linked to the account when ordering. That will make payment more convenient.

Returns

If a package is damaged during the shipping, or the item is wrong or defective, you may return it for a refund. For all refunds a notification by email is required within 3 days from receipt of the shipment. Please send us the notification including your name, your address, the name of the item and the reason of return. If you return it without notification, we might not accept it. Therefore please contact us before return it.
